- bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- proficiency with electronic medical records
- strong interpersonal skills
- basic math skills
- ability to type 45 words per minute with no errors
- availability for full-time work

- ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions
- effective communication skills in one-on-one and small group settings
- knowledge of EMR systems, database software, internet software, spreadsheet software, and word processing software
- minimum typing speed of 45 wpm with no errors
- friendly and outgoing personality
- ability to work well with patients and team members
Job Duties
- schedule client appointments
- collect payments using EMR system
- greet clients and visitors warmly
- maintain client records accurately
