- 2+ years of recent high-volume medical front office experience
- Scheduling, insurance, and eligibility experience
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using medical office software and phone systems
Job Duties
- Greet and check in/check out patients
- Collect insurance information, registration forms, financial information, and copays
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
- Prep charts
- Answer phones and serve as primary source of information for patients
- Schedule/reschedule appointments
- Obtain prior authorizations and enter charge entry data when needed
- Assist with other duties as assigned
