Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly
  • Acknowledge all guests and maintain positive guest relations
  • Greet and communicate cordially with guests
  • Check guests in and out promptly and professionally
  • Ensure proper staffing levels of front office associates
  • Interview, hire, supervise, train, and schedule front desk agents and other front office staff
  • Resolve guest complaints ensuring satisfaction
  • Manage guest resolution process including investigation and problem solving
  • Accurately manage and operate the MICROS system including all daily transactions
