Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in front office management or related hospitality role

- Ability to operate hotel management systems such as MICROS

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- High level of organization and multitasking capability
Job Duties
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly
- Acknowledge all guests and maintain positive guest relations
- Greet and communicate cordially with guests
- Check guests in and out promptly and professionally
- Ensure proper staffing levels of front office associates
- Interview, hire, supervise, train, and schedule front desk agents and other front office staff
- Resolve guest complaints ensuring satisfaction
- Manage guest resolution process including investigation and problem solving
- Accurately manage and operate the MICROS system including all daily transactions
