Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in front office or hospitality management preferred
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • commitment to professionalism and guest service excellence

  • excellent organizational and communication skills
  • ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • experience with group coordination preferred
  • proficiency with hotel property management systems preferred
  • valid driver’s license required
  • flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Manage and oversee daily front office operations
  • lead, train, and support front desk staff
  • maintain a professional and guest-focused front desk environment
  • address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • work closely with the Housekeeping Manager and Chief Engineer to ensure smooth operation of the hotel
  • coordinate and maintain organization for group reservations and group-related needs
  • prepare schedules, reports, and documentation as required
  • ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies
  • assist with shuttle driving as needed
