Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in front office or hospitality management preferred
- valid driver’s license
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong organizational skills
- excellent communication abilities
- capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- commitment to professionalism and guest service excellence

Job Duties
- Manage and oversee daily front office operations
- lead, train, and support front desk staff
- maintain a professional and guest-focused front desk environment
- address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- work closely with the Housekeeping Manager and Chief Engineer to ensure smooth operation of the hotel
- coordinate and maintain organization for group reservations and group-related needs
- prepare schedules, reports, and documentation as required
- ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies
- assist with shuttle driving as needed
