Job Requirements
- Minimum two years front desk leadership experience
- Experience with Hyatt and property management software
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle cash and credit transactions
- Knowledge of local area attractions and transportation
- Ability to remain calm and alert during emergencies
- Certification in required safety training such as CPR
- Ability to work varied schedules including holidays and weekends
- Strong attendance record
- Proficiency in English written and verbal
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years front desk leadership experience
- Experience with Hyatt and property management systems such as Opera and Colleague Advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's or higher degree preferred
- Proficiency in computer literacy and financial management
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and local area
- Ability to make sound business decisions quickly
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws
Job Duties
- Ensure guest service standards during arrival, departure, and throughout guest interactions
- Supervise and train front desk team members
- Manage staffing and labor allocation according to demand
- Monitor and respond to guest service scores and comments
- Control departmental expenses and labor costs
- Implement upselling and loyalty programs to maximize revenue
- Maintain safety certifications, emergency protocols, and cleanliness standards
