Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous people management experience
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work overnight shifts when needed
- Strong commitment to guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of hotel operations and customer service standards
- Understanding of local health and safety codes
- Compliance with personnel policies and federal employment laws
Job Qualifications
- Previous management experience in hospitality or front office operations
- Proficiency with hotel property management systems, preferably PEP
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to hotel operations
- Experience in revenue management and financial reporting
- Ability to mentor and develop staff
Job Duties
- Manage front desk operations including check-in and check-out procedures
- Ensure guest satisfaction and adherence to product quality standards
- Train and develop front office staff on service standards and hotel operations
- Act as manager on duty and lead front desk team
- Participate in revenue management activities and collaborate with corporate and brand management
- Produce accurate financial and operational reports
- Manage human resources duties including recruitment, orientation, training, performance evaluation, and employee relations
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies
- Oversee maintenance and quality audits of hotel property
- Foster a positive work environment as a Concord Leader by inspiring and supporting team members
