Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous people management experience
  • Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work overnight shifts when needed
  • Strong commitment to guest satisfaction
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and customer service standards
  • Understanding of local health and safety codes
  • Compliance with personnel policies and federal employment laws

Job Qualifications

  • Previous management experience in hospitality or front office operations
  • Proficiency with hotel property management systems, preferably PEP
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to hotel operations
  • Experience in revenue management and financial reporting
  • Ability to mentor and develop staff

Job Duties

  • Manage front desk operations including check-in and check-out procedures
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and adherence to product quality standards
  • Train and develop front office staff on service standards and hotel operations
  • Act as manager on duty and lead front desk team
  • Participate in revenue management activities and collaborate with corporate and brand management
  • Produce accurate financial and operational reports
  • Manage human resources duties including recruitment, orientation, training, performance evaluation, and employee relations
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies
  • Oversee maintenance and quality audits of hotel property
  • Foster a positive work environment as a Concord Leader by inspiring and supporting team members
