Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in front office management
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in hotel property management systems
  • Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve conflicts
  • Flexible availability for shifts
  • Commitment to Hilton's values of hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency

Job Qualifications

  • One or more years as a front office manager in a smaller property
  • Two or more years as an assistant front office manager in a larger property
  • Proven leadership abilities
  • Experience with hotel management systems including OnQ PMS
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule

Job Duties

  • Manage all front office operations including guest service delivery and registration
  • Oversee room inventory and availability
  • Implement and enforce guest service standards and procedures
  • Supervise and schedule front desk agents, pre-arrival coordinators, and bellpersons
  • Handle guest interactions and resolve issues promptly
  • Monitor guest satisfaction trends and initiate improvements
  • Recruit, interview, and train front office staff
