Job Duties
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly with positive guest relations
- Greet and communicate cordially with guests
- Check guests in and out of the hotel promptly and professionally
- Ensure proper staffing levels by interviewing, hiring, supervising, training, and scheduling front office associates
- Resolve guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction
- Manage guest resolution process including investigation and problem-solving
- Accurately operate the MICROS system for all daily front office transactions
