Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hotel front office operations
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of hotel management software preferred
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • Previous hotel front office leadership experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Financial awareness and experience with hotel operating systems preferred
  • Passion for guest service and operational excellence

Job Duties

  • Lead and oversee front desk operations across both properties, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest satisfaction
  • Personally model outstanding hospitality through responsiveness, professionalism, and proactive guest engagement
  • Recruit, train, coach, and mentor front desk associates in check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and service excellence
  • Empower team members to deliver memorable experiences and celebrate their achievements
  • Serve as Manager on Duty, supporting overall hotel operations and resolving guest concerns when needed
  • Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, and the General Manager to maximize revenue and enhance the guest experience
  • Manage scheduling, payroll, recruiting, and performance development for the front office team
  • Maintain accurate financial controls, reporting, and compliance with cash handling procedures
  • Ensure both properties maintain high quality standards through inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and exterior spaces
  • Promote a safe, secure work environment by proactively addressing potential hazards and supporting compliance standards
  • Partner with maintenance teams to ensure the physical property remains welcoming, functional, and well maintained
