Job Duties

  • Lead and oversee front desk operations across both properties ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest satisfaction
  • Personally model outstanding hospitality through responsiveness professionalism and proactive guest engagement
  • Recruit train coach and mentor front desk associates in check-in/check-out procedures reservations and service excellence
  • Empower team members to deliver memorable experiences and celebrate their achievements
  • Serve as Manager on Duty supporting overall hotel operations and resolving guest concerns when needed
  • Collaborate with Sales Revenue Management and the General Manager to maximize revenue and enhance the guest experience
  • Manage scheduling payroll recruiting and performance development for the front office team
  • Maintain accurate financial controls reporting and compliance with cash handling procedures
  • Ensure both properties maintain high quality standards through inspections of guest rooms public areas and exterior spaces
  • Promote a safe secure work environment by proactively addressing potential hazards and supporting compliance standards
  • Partner with maintenance teams to ensure the physical property remains welcoming functional and well maintained
