Job Duties
- Lead and oversee front desk operations across both properties ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest satisfaction
- Personally model outstanding hospitality through responsiveness professionalism and proactive guest engagement
- Recruit train coach and mentor front desk associates in check-in/check-out procedures reservations and service excellence
- Empower team members to deliver memorable experiences and celebrate their achievements
- Serve as Manager on Duty supporting overall hotel operations and resolving guest concerns when needed
- Collaborate with Sales Revenue Management and the General Manager to maximize revenue and enhance the guest experience
- Manage scheduling payroll recruiting and performance development for the front office team
- Maintain accurate financial controls reporting and compliance with cash handling procedures
- Ensure both properties maintain high quality standards through inspections of guest rooms public areas and exterior spaces
- Promote a safe secure work environment by proactively addressing potential hazards and supporting compliance standards
- Partner with maintenance teams to ensure the physical property remains welcoming functional and well maintained
