Job Requirements

  • Hospitality management education or relevant training
  • Minimum two years experience in front desk leadership
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage conflict and resolve guest issues
  • Experience leading a team
  • Proficiency with front desk operations
  • Knowledge of Hilton Front Desk system preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Hospitality management education or equivalent on-the-job training
  • Two years experience as a front desk leader
  • Strong customer relation skills
  • Excellent communication abilities both face-to-face and in writing
  • Leadership experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Experience with Hilton Front Desk systems is a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate front desk clerks
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction
  • Manage conflict resolution and guest complaints
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments
  • Train and develop front desk team members
  • Monitor front desk operations for efficiency
  • Maintain accurate guest records and reports
