Job Requirements

  • College-level education or equivalent experience
  • Minimum two years management experience in front office or related roles
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of applicable employment and Innkeeper laws
  • Proficiency with computer systems
  • Ability to train and lead a team
  • No health or safety threats to self or others

Job Qualifications

  • College-level reasoning, math, and language skills
  • Two years prior departmental management experience in front office or related fields
  • Strong time management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage and lead each discipline of the front office independently
  • Knowledge of employment and Innkeeper laws
  • Prior cash handling experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Computer proficiency

Job Duties

  • Demonstrate commitment to customer service by responding promptly to guest needs
  • Ensure all front office staff are trained to meet departmental standards
  • Empower staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage departmental budget and meet profit and margin goals
  • Handle human resource functions including recruiting, training, and performance reviews
  • Maintain a skilled and motivated workforce
  • Ensure compliance with employment and Innkeeper laws
