Job Requirements
- College-level education or equivalent experience
- Minimum two years management experience in front office or related roles
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong communication skills in English
- Knowledge of applicable employment and Innkeeper laws
- Proficiency with computer systems
- Ability to train and lead a team
- No health or safety threats to self or others
Job Qualifications
- College-level reasoning, math, and language skills
- Two years prior departmental management experience in front office or related fields
- Strong time management and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage and lead each discipline of the front office independently
- Knowledge of employment and Innkeeper laws
- Prior cash handling experience
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Computer proficiency
Job Duties
- Demonstrate commitment to customer service by responding promptly to guest needs
- Ensure all front office staff are trained to meet departmental standards
- Empower staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage departmental budget and meet profit and margin goals
- Handle human resource functions including recruiting, training, and performance reviews
- Maintain a skilled and motivated workforce
- Ensure compliance with employment and Innkeeper laws
