Job Requirements
- At least two years of experience in hotel operations
- Additional two years in a hotel leadership role
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- At least two years of experience working in hotels
- Minimum two years in a hotel leadership position such as manager or higher
- Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, and teambuilding
- Strong interpersonal skills and a people-oriented approach
- Ability to provide strategic business insights and operational management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front desk and associated functions
- Ensure adherence to established procedures for all related activities by all supervised functions and personnel
- Providing business expertise and strategic perspective to identify, evaluate, develop and drive guest services
- Overseeing and participating in guest registration and check out
- Managing, training, and scheduling the Front Office staff
- Carrying out activities required for the smooth functioning of the Front Office including night audit review, setting up group billing, making forecasts, controlling and placing orders for supplies, cross-departmental communication
- Acting as a liaison between General Manager and staff
