Job Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in hotel operations
  • Additional two years in a hotel leadership role
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of experience working in hotels
  • Minimum two years in a hotel leadership position such as manager or higher
  • Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, and teambuilding
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a people-oriented approach
  • Ability to provide strategic business insights and operational management
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front desk and associated functions
  • Ensure adherence to established procedures for all related activities by all supervised functions and personnel
  • Providing business expertise and strategic perspective to identify, evaluate, develop and drive guest services
  • Overseeing and participating in guest registration and check out
  • Managing, training, and scheduling the Front Office staff
  • Carrying out activities required for the smooth functioning of the Front Office including night audit review, setting up group billing, making forecasts, controlling and placing orders for supplies, cross-departmental communication
  • Acting as a liaison between General Manager and staff
