Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hotel front office management
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to lead and train staff
- knowledge of hotel safety and security procedures
- capability to produce financial reports accurately
- understanding of human resources policies and compliance
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- maintains guest service as the driving philosophy of the hotel
- personally demonstrates a commitment to guest services in responding promptly to guest needs
- ensures all hotel staff including new hires are trained to meet guest service standards
- develops added value customer service programs
- acts as manager on duty and manages front desk operations
- ensures front desk staff is trained in all front desk operations including check-in/check-out procedures and telephone handling
- leads and assists in revenue management functions
- manages human resources functions including recruiting, training, and performance evaluation
- maintains a positive and cooperative work environment
- ensures compliance with local health and safety codes
- recognizes and corrects potential safety hazards and security problems
- manages preventive maintenance programs and schedules deep-cleaning activities
