Job Requirements
- Two year college degree or equivalent hospitality experience preferred
- at least one year hotel front desk supervisory experience
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- reliable with ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- strong supervisory and leadership skills
- familiar with common computer software programs
- must be willing to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of the front office department to meet company and brand standards
- recruit, interview, and hire associates for the front office department
- develop departmental goals and objectives to prioritize and organize work
- drive ongoing associate engagement and recognition initiatives
- establish and maintain collaborative relationships with team members
- manage ordering and inventory of department supplies and uniforms
- supervise staffing levels to meet guest services, operational needs, and financial objectives
- monitor associate performance, provide coaching and mentoring
- comprehend budgets, operating statements, and maintain operating budget
- ensure adherence to credit and cash handling policies
- demonstrate knowledge of brand-specific service culture
- greet VIPs and arrange special services
- review daily front office reports generated by night audit
- take proactive approach to guest issues
- coach and support front office in managing occupancy, rates, wages, and expenses
- identify service issues and trends and facilitate creative solutions
- ensure compliance with company policies and federal and state regulations
- perform other duties as assigned
