Job Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Supervise and train front desk, concierge, bell and guest services staff
  • Manage daily front office operations including check-ins, check-outs and room assignments
  • Address and resolve guest inquiries, complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with other departments such as housekeeping and maintenance to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
  • Monitor room inventory and manage reservations to optimize occupancy rates and revenue
  • Prepare and maintain reports related to front office operations including occupancy rates, revenue and guest feedback
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff
