Job Duties
- Supervise and train front desk, concierge, bell and guest services staff
- Manage daily front office operations including check-ins, check-outs and room assignments
- Address and resolve guest inquiries, complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with other departments such as housekeeping and maintenance to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
- Monitor room inventory and manage reservations to optimize occupancy rates and revenue
- Prepare and maintain reports related to front office operations including occupancy rates, revenue and guest feedback
- Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff
