Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or related customer service role preferred
- Ability to work full-time hours between 10:00 am and 7:00 pm
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic accounting knowledge for billing support
- Ability to manage and lead a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team-oriented leadership
- Ability to prioritize and delegate multiple tasks
- Supervisory experience preferred but not required
- Friendly and driven to provide excellent hospitality
Job Duties
- Supervise front desk, night audit, and breakfast/social staff
- Ensure food and beverage areas are set up and maintained
- Oversee front desk operations and resolve issues
- Train staff on cash handling and check-cashing procedures
- Create and manage front desk staff schedules
- Assist general manager with city ledger billing and maintenance
- Ensure completion of daily checklists and smooth hotel operations
