- 2+ years of hotel front desk supervisory or management experience
- prior cash-handling experience required
- strong leadership skills
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- ability to multitask effectively
- flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
- ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of hotel front desk supervisory or management experience
- marriott brand experience strongly preferred
- familiarity with brand standards and systems
- lightspeed PMS experience strongly preferred
- strong leadership, coaching, and team development abilities
- excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hotel environment
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel systems
- prior cash-handling experience
- detail-oriented and organized
- ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts
Job Duties
- lead and manage front desk and valet operations
- recruit, onboard, train, and coach front office staff
- oversee daily front office operations ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction
- implement and maintain brand standards and operational policies
- conduct performance evaluations and manage recognition programs
- resolve guest issues and conflicts promptly
- collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
