Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of hotel front desk supervisory or management experience
  • prior cash-handling experience required
  • strong leadership skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • ability to multitask effectively
  • flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
  • ability to read, write, and speak English fluently

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hotel front desk supervisory or management experience
  • marriott brand experience strongly preferred
  • familiarity with brand standards and systems
  • lightspeed PMS experience strongly preferred
  • strong leadership, coaching, and team development abilities
  • excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume hotel environment
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel systems
  • prior cash-handling experience
  • detail-oriented and organized
  • ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts

Job Duties

  • lead and manage front desk and valet operations
  • recruit, onboard, train, and coach front office staff
  • oversee daily front office operations ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction
  • implement and maintain brand standards and operational policies
  • conduct performance evaluations and manage recognition programs
  • resolve guest issues and conflicts promptly
  • collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
