Job Duties

  • Oversee all front desk activities including check-in, check-out, and guest services
  • Manage and train the front desk team to deliver exceptional service
  • Maintain accurate guest and financial records ensuring compliance with hotel policies
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
