Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of supervisory experience required
- Completion of additional training as assigned by management or the brand
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, walk, and reach frequently
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
- Excellent English language skills
- Proficiency in Front Desk computer programs and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a hotel environment
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of supervisory experience
- Proficiency with Front Desk computer systems and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Understanding of hotel operations and revenue management

Job Duties
- Manage Front Desk staff effectively including hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, counseling, conducting performance reviews, resolving problems, and disciplining as necessary
- Conduct Front Desk activities efficiently and courteously including guest check-in and check-out
- Respond to customer concerns, issues, inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
- Handle reservations including pre-registration, blocking, same-day reservations, and cancellations following hotel policies
- Implement company and brand programs to achieve service quality goals and collaborate with sales staff to improve occupancy and revenue
- Prepare forecasts and reports, monitor results to budget projections, and develop recommendations to minimize expenses and maximize revenue
- Monitor and maintain Front Office systems and equipment to ensure optimum performance and report issues
- Prepare and submit travel agent commission reports, third party reports, and brand frequent traveler program points
- Assume Assistant General Manager or General Manager responsibilities as required
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
