Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years experience in front office management or hospitality operations
- knowledge of hotel front office procedures
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- proficiency in using hotel management and PBX software
- excellent customer service orientation

Job Duties
- Promote and foster The Kahala Hotel and Resort philosophy of Aloha
- oversee daily operations of the front office including front desk, front service, PBX, pool and beach services
- assist the Director and Assistant Director of Front Office Operations in developing and maintaining operating procedures
- supervise front office staff and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
- coordinate communication and activities between front office and other hotel departments
- manage staff schedules and address operational issues promptly
- monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to front office services
