Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years experience in front office management or hospitality operations
  • knowledge of hotel front office procedures
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • proficiency in using hotel management and PBX software
  • excellent customer service orientation

  • Experience in front office operations in the hospitality industry
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of hotel management software and PBX systems
  • ability to handle guest complaints professionally and calmly
  • familiarity with luxury hotel service standards

Job Duties

  • Promote and foster The Kahala Hotel and Resort philosophy of Aloha
  • oversee daily operations of the front office including front desk, front service, PBX, pool and beach services
  • assist the Director and Assistant Director of Front Office Operations in developing and maintaining operating procedures
  • supervise front office staff and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
  • coordinate communication and activities between front office and other hotel departments
  • manage staff schedules and address operational issues promptly
  • monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to front office services
