- Previous experience in customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with reservation or property management systems
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally
- Experience multitasking in fast-paced environments

Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles such as hospitality, retail, or food service
- Familiarity with using computers and software systems especially reservation or property management systems (PMS)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience handling guest complaints or resolving conflicts in a calm and effective manner
- Experience in managing multiple tasks such as answering phones, handling reservations, and assisting guests simultaneously
- Hospitality or front desk experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working irregular hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Assisting guests with check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Maintaining day-to-day operations of the front desk
- Establishing and maintaining appropriate service standards for all front office areas
- Maintaining proper cash handling procedures and appropriate over and short documentation
- Adhering to all hotel policies regarding hiring, disciplinary actions, and required training documentation
- Working front office manager covering all short-staffed shifts, including audits
