Job Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.A.
- Previous leadership experience in a similar role
- Minimum of two years Front Office management system experience
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- University or college degree in a related discipline preferred

Job Duties
- Assist the Rooms Operations Manager in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followed
- Provide support for Reception, Operator Service, Concierge and Guest Services in daily operational duties
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Ensure proper staffing and scheduling of all Front Office Ambassadors and Assistant Front Office Managers according to productivity guidelines
- Assist with bi-weekly payroll
- Participate and lead the hotel upgrade program
- Communicate through pre-shift logs, emails and departmental meetings all pertinent information for respective shifts and operational areas
- Train Front Office Ambassadors and Assistant Front Office Managers in all front office operations
- Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
- Assist and follow up with any guest inconvenience
- Review processes and procedures for opportunities and implement improvement plans
- Work with Rooms Operations Manager on employee engagement action plans
- Follow departmental policies, procedures and service standards
- Follow all safety policies
- Other duties as assigned
