Job Requirements
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles such as hospitality, retail, or food service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with reservation or property management systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle guest complaints or resolve conflicts calmly
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Experience working irregular hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles such as hospitality, retail, or food service
- Strong interpersonal skills and focus on delivering exceptional service
- Familiarity with using computers and software systems, especially reservation or property management systems (PMS)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience handling guest complaints or resolving conflicts effectively
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously such as answering phones, handling reservations, and assisting guests
- Hospitality or front desk experience (preferred)
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working irregular hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays
Job Duties
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out process efficiently
- Maintain day-to-day operations of the front desk
- Establish and maintain appropriate service standards for all front office areas
- Maintain proper cash handling procedures and appropriate over and short documentation
- Adhere to all hotel policies about hiring, disciplinary actions, and required training documentation
- Work as front office manager covering all short-staffed shifts including audits
