Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of two years front desk management or supervisory experience in hotel environment
- strong leadership abilities
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency in Opera PMS and Micros software
- computer literacy including Microsoft Office
- prior cash handling experience
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- availability to work weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Two or more years of hotel front desk management or supervisory experience
- strong leadership and management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- fluency in English reading, writing, and speaking
- proficient in hotel management software including Opera PMS and Micros
- skilled in Microsoft Office applications

- prior cash handling experience
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Lead front desk operations and supervise staff
- manage recruiting, selection, orientation, and training of front office personnel
- conduct coaching, performance reviews, and recognition programs
- ensure exceptional guest service and resolve customer issues promptly
- coordinate with other departments for seamless guest experiences
- handle cash management and daily financial reporting
- maintain proficiency in hotel management software and office applications
