Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of two years front desk management or supervisory experience in hotel environment
  • strong leadership abilities
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency in Opera PMS and Micros software
  • computer literacy including Microsoft Office
  • prior cash handling experience
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • availability to work weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Two or more years of hotel front desk management or supervisory experience
  • strong leadership and management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • fluency in English reading, writing, and speaking
  • proficient in hotel management software including Opera PMS and Micros
  • skilled in Microsoft Office applications
  • detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • customer service focused
  • prior cash handling experience
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead front desk operations and supervise staff
  • manage recruiting, selection, orientation, and training of front office personnel
  • conduct coaching, performance reviews, and recognition programs
  • ensure exceptional guest service and resolve customer issues promptly
  • coordinate with other departments for seamless guest experiences
  • handle cash management and daily financial reporting
  • maintain proficiency in hotel management software and office applications
