Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior cash handling experience
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • computer proficiency with Opera PMS and Microsoft Office
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • customer service commitment

Job Qualifications

  • two plus years of hotel front desk management or supervisory experience
  • excellent leadership and management skills
  • strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • fluency in English
  • proficiency in Opera PMS, Micros, and Microsoft Office
  • customer service oriented
  • detail-oriented and able to multitask

Job Duties

  • lead front desk operations and supervise agents
  • collaborate with departments to ensure seamless guest experience
  • manage recruitment, orientation, and training
  • conduct coaching and performance reviews
  • implement recognition programs to motivate staff
  • maintain proficiency in hotel management software
  • handle cash operations accurately
