Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in front office or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to train and mentor staff
- Excellent guest relations and complaint resolution skills
- Ability to make quick and effective decisions under pressure
- Proficient in hotel property management systems and reservation software
- Understanding of revenue management, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Flexible to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Supervise and train front desk staff including receptionists, concierge, and bell staff
- Set clear performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and provide coaching
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment that enhances guest services
- Lead by example delivering exceptional customer service and professionalism
- Ensure warm and efficient check-in/check-out process
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally
- Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements
- Oversee reservation processes ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Implement strategic pricing and upselling to maximize revenue
- Monitor room availability and facilitate smooth operations
- Work closely with sales and marketing to optimize revenue
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for front office
- Maintain accurate guest accounts, financial transactions, and room inventory
- Ensure front desk and lobby remain clean and welcoming
- Enforce hotel policies, security measures, and emergency procedures
- Assist in preparing and managing front office budget
- Monitor departmental expenses and optimize resource allocation
- Analyze financial reports to maximize revenue and minimize expenses
- Collaborate with accounting on billing and financial reconciliations
