Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in hospitality or related field
- preferred bachelor's degree
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to manage difficult situations diplomatically
- experience with Opera software and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
- flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Lead all Front Office operations and maintain a high level of guest service
- provide support, mentorship, and coaching to the Front Office team
- delete or add transactions to balance revenues
- review Front Desk logbook and communicate with desk agents
- assist guests with services and requests
- follow key control policy and emergency procedures
- inspect VIP arrival rooms
- attend scheduled Wine Hour events
- conduct and attend departmental training sessions and seminars
- supervise Front Office team duties
- coach and counsel employees using proper documentation and techniques
- ensure employees are on time and complete duties
- manage scheduling for all operation areas
- handle sick calls and tardiness by finding coverage
- meet or exceed Mystery Shopper Survey and guest comment card service levels
- manage payroll and expense budgets
- maintain the guest ledger daily
- ensure compliance with cash and credit handling procedures
