Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in hospitality or related field
  • preferred bachelor's degree
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to manage difficult situations diplomatically
  • experience with Opera software and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
  • flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • ability to diplomatically handle difficult situations and maintain integrity
  • effective reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
  • experience with Opera software preferred
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
  • flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead all Front Office operations and maintain a high level of guest service
  • provide support, mentorship, and coaching to the Front Office team
  • delete or add transactions to balance revenues
  • review Front Desk logbook and communicate with desk agents
  • assist guests with services and requests
  • follow key control policy and emergency procedures
  • inspect VIP arrival rooms
  • attend scheduled Wine Hour events
  • conduct and attend departmental training sessions and seminars
  • supervise Front Office team duties
  • coach and counsel employees using proper documentation and techniques
  • ensure employees are on time and complete duties
  • manage scheduling for all operation areas
  • handle sick calls and tardiness by finding coverage
  • meet or exceed Mystery Shopper Survey and guest comment card service levels
  • manage payroll and expense budgets
  • maintain the guest ledger daily
  • ensure compliance with cash and credit handling procedures
