Job Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States

  • availability for flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • previous hotel experience preferred
  • high school diploma or GED
  • combination of education and experience considered

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • previous experience in hotel front office or related position
  • effective communication skills in English
  • leadership and team management experience
  • ability to handle guest relations professionally
  • knowledge of hotel property management systems is a plus
  • problem-solving skills
  • experience managing billing and VIP guest services
  • ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage front desk staff
  • oversee guest check-in and check-out processes
  • resolve guest complaints and issues
  • manage scheduling and training of the front desk and PBX team
  • handle billing, tax exempt requests, group blocks, and banquet event orders
  • ensure daily operations comply with brand standards
  • collaborate with housekeeping, engineering, security, and sales departments
  • validate credit card authorizations and billing
  • drive guest satisfaction scores
  • manage room inventory and group blocks
  • work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
