Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in hotel front office or guest services

- Proficiency with front office software such as MICROS

- Ability to work flexible schedules
Job Duties
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly
- Greet and professionally check guests in and out of the hotel
- Ensure proper staffing levels of front office associates
- Interview, hire, supervise, train and schedule front desk and concierge staff
- Resolve guest complaints ensuring satisfaction
- Manage guest resolution process including investigation and problem solving
- Accurately manage and operate the MICROS system including all daily transactions
