Job Requirements

  • High school education required
  • Minimum one year in a management role in a hotel required
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to work without constant supervision
  • Ability to stand for entire scheduled shifts
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and office equipment
  • Ability to perform effectively in stressful situations
  • Ability to lead a team

Job Qualifications

  • High school education required
  • Some college preferred
  • Minimum one year in a management role in a hotel required
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and office equipment
  • Ability to effectively lead a team
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Ability to read and speak English fluently
  • Knowledge of and ability to operate personal computers and property management applications

Job Duties

  • Schedule guest services front desk representatives, night audit staff, and breakfast attendants as applicable
  • Fulfill shifts as Manager on Duty as assigned
  • Lead the Guest Services team with a hands-on approach
  • Maintain staffing levels and control supplies and inventory for Front Office and Pantry
  • Provide management support and coverage in other areas as needed
  • Conduct guest services meetings and keep employees informed
  • Ensure compliance with company and brand standards in training and operations
