Job Requirements
- Four-year college degree or equivalent education or experience
- Two to three years in a related hotel position
- Knowledge of hospitality industry and hotel supervision
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to handle cash or credit transactions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Knowledge of general office equipment and cash register operation
- Ability to stand and move throughout hotel
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must maintain high personal appearance and punctuality

Job Duties
- Work with the hotel General Manager to achieve and exceed guest satisfaction scores
- Responsible for satisfaction scores for front desk operations and immediately address deficiencies
- Work with corporate training to develop action plans to meet guest satisfaction goals
- Train guest service agents on front desk procedures
- Recruit, interview, and select qualified candidates for front desk positions
- Prepare weekly schedules for front office staff
- Address performance deficiencies through coaching and disciplinary actions
- Complete timely performance evaluations for front office staff
- Post weekly guest satisfaction scores for hotel associates
- Oversee front office operations to ensure efficient service and guest care
- Manage daily revenue and expenses to minimize losses and maximize profits
- Create a motivated work environment leading and coaching the front office team
- Ensure guest service agents comply with uniform and badge standards
- Complete timely reports for corporate sharing
- Monitor and maintain accurate room rates
- Manage inventory in the property management system
- Meet regularly with night auditor
- Maintain attendance and punctuality
- Maintain personal appearance according to dress code
- Perform other duties as requested
- Serve as Manager on Duty when required
