- Three years of relevant work experience
- Ability to work varied schedules
- Physical ability to walk, sit, and stand during shifts
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Experience preparing team schedules according to business needs

Job Qualifications
- High-school graduate or equivalent
- Three years of work-related experience in customer service, hotel industry, management, or related fields
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with data entry and database management
- Understanding of the hospitality industry
- Previous experience as a guest services manager preferred
- Bilingual communication skills preferred
- Leadership experience with follow-up
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
Job Duties
- Ensures guest services and front office operate in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner that provides exceptional service to all guests
- Operate all aspects of the front office system including software maintenance, report generation, and programming
- Manage and organize guest check-ins and check-outs on large turn days and maintain safety deposit boxes
- Develop, implement, and maintain an effective guest relations program utilizing hospitality services and guest feedback
- Ensure professional and timely handling of messages, packages, and mail, and maintain knowledge of safety programs and policies
- Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and front desk presence, communicate with housekeeping and general manager, and perform night audit responsibilities
- Perform other tasks as necessary to meet or exceed guest satisfaction
