Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in management, hotel administration, business or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience on night audit
- Minimum 2 years experience in front desk operations
- Minimum 1 year experience in direct sales or retail trade
- Physical ability to speak and hear in English
- Close and distance vision
- Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs frequently
- Use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills frequently
- Work well in normal office conditions and close proximity to others

Job Duties
- Supervise Front Desk staff: hiring, firing, performance evaluations, training, and development
- Schedule staff according to labor standards and forecasted occupancy
- Maintain standards of guest service quality and contribute to profitability and guest satisfaction across hotel departments
- Achieve budgeted revenues and expenses maximizing profitability of guest services department
- Develop short term and long term financial and operational plans for guest service department and participate in hotel budget preparation
- Manage reservation function to maintain highest room occupancy and average daily rate through suggestive selling
- Maintain procedures for credit control, financial transactions, security of monies, guest security, and emergency procedures
- Receive guest complaints and ensure corrective actions
- Reward employees who meet or exceed guest expectations
- Perform other duties as assigned
