Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service experience
- basic computer skills including familiarity with reservation or property management systems
- strong communication skills
- ability to manage guest complaints effectively
- multitasking and organizational abilities
- flexible to work weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts
- prior hospitality or front desk experience preferred

Job Duties
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately
- respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests
- process payment transactions including room charges, deposits, and refunds while ensuring accuracy
- coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address guest needs and resolve issues
- provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation
- resolve guest concerns or complaints effectively and escalate when necessary
- maintain accurate records of guest stays, payments, and interactions in the property management system
- promote hotel services including upselling rooms and amenities
- ensure safety and security protocols are followed
