Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous customer service experience
  • basic computer skills including familiarity with reservation or property management systems
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to manage guest complaints effectively
  • multitasking and organizational abilities
  • flexible to work weekends, holidays, and irregular shifts
  • prior hospitality or front desk experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or food service
  • familiarity with computer and property management systems
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • problem-solving ability in guest relations
  • multitasking and organizational skills
  • experience with front desk operations is a plus
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • flexible and reliable with availability for irregular hours

Job Duties

  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes efficiently
  • handle room reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately
  • respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests
  • process payment transactions including room charges, deposits, and refunds while ensuring accuracy
  • coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address guest needs and resolve issues
  • provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation
  • resolve guest concerns or complaints effectively and escalate when necessary
  • maintain accurate records of guest stays, payments, and interactions in the property management system
  • promote hotel services including upselling rooms and amenities
  • ensure safety and security protocols are followed
