  • Previous experience in hotel front desk or hospitality management
  • Proficiency in hotel property management systems
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous hotel front desk or hospitality management experience
  • Choice Hotels experience a plus
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in hotel property management systems such as ChoiceADVANTAGE preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Positive attitude with a genuine passion for guest satisfaction

Job Duties

  • Supervise and support all front desk operations including check-in, check-out, billing accuracy, and guest service functions
  • Lead, train, motivate, coach, and schedule front desk agents to ensure optimal coverage and performance
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Manage daily reports, room inventory, and front office communications
  • Work closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure guest rooms and common areas meet quality expectations
  • Maintain compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, and safety procedures
  • Prepare and review daily reports ensuring accuracy in financial and operational data
