Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or equivalent work experience
- Five or more years of supervisory experience in hospitality management
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple departments
- Capability to handle guest complaints effectively
- Physical ability to perform job-related duties including lifting 26-50 lbs
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or equivalent work experience
- Five or more years of experience in hospitality management at supervisory level
- Proven leadership skills to develop, monitor, and evaluate employee performance
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with OPERA property management software is a plus
- Experience in condo hotel operations is a plus
Job Duties
- Oversee the daily operation of Guest Services, Reservations, and Bell/Valet departments
- Lead and supervise staff in these departments
- Manage property revenue strategies in coordination with revenue management
- Address guest complaints and inquiries promptly
- Coordinate closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance on occupancy and guest issues
- Prepare monthly forecast and variance reports with General Manager oversight
- Monitor and maintain property management system, inventory, and operations
