Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or equivalent work experience
  • Five or more years of supervisory experience in hospitality management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple departments
  • Capability to handle guest complaints effectively
  • Physical ability to perform job-related duties including lifting 26-50 lbs

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or equivalent work experience
  • Five or more years of experience in hospitality management at supervisory level
  • Proven leadership skills to develop, monitor, and evaluate employee performance
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with OPERA property management software is a plus
  • Experience in condo hotel operations is a plus

Job Duties

  • Oversee the daily operation of Guest Services, Reservations, and Bell/Valet departments
  • Lead and supervise staff in these departments
  • Manage property revenue strategies in coordination with revenue management
  • Address guest complaints and inquiries promptly
  • Coordinate closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance on occupancy and guest issues
  • Prepare monthly forecast and variance reports with General Manager oversight
  • Monitor and maintain property management system, inventory, and operations
