Job Requirements
- A four-year college degree or equivalent education or experience
- Two to three years in a related hotel company position
- Hospitality industry knowledge and general hotel department supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to handle cash or credit transactions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Knowledge of general office equipment and cash register operation

Job Duties
- Work with the hotel General Manager to achieve and exceed guest satisfaction scores in all areas of the hotel
- Responsible for satisfaction scores for the front desk operations and address any deficiencies immediately
- Work with the corporate training department to develop action plans to achieve guest satisfaction scores
- Train guest service agents on proper front desk procedures
- Recruit, interview, and select qualified candidates for front desk positions in conjunction with the General Manager
- Prepare weekly schedules for front office staff
- Address performance deficiencies through coaching and disciplinary actions
- Complete performance evaluations for front office staff timely
- Maintain and post weekly guest satisfaction scores
- Oversee and manage the Front Office for efficient operations and guest care
- Attend to guest and group special needs and resolve complex problems
- Monitor daily revenue and expenses to maximize profit
- Manage Front Office staff by empowering and coaching throughout the employment lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with uniform and name badge policies
- Prepare required reports for corporate review
- Monitor daily rates and inventory in the property management system
- Collaborate with night auditor and maintain regular attendance
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Act as Manager on Duty when required
