Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 4 years experience in guest services or front desk roles
  • OR Associate degree in relevant field
  • At least 2 years professional experience in guest services
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage operations and staff
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Availability for full-time, on-site work

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related area
  • OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major with 2 years experience in guest services or front desk
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage teams and operations
  • Experience with financial and budget management
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards
  • Ability to coach and mentor staff effectively

Job Duties

  • Responsible for all front office functions and staff
  • Direct and work with managers and employees to execute front office operations including guest arrival and departure procedures
  • Strive to improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize financial performance
  • Utilize interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage team members
  • Manage day-to-day operations, staffing levels, and departmental goals
  • Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and disciplinary procedures
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle guest concerns effectively
