Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 4 years experience in guest services or front desk roles
- OR Associate degree in relevant field
- At least 2 years professional experience in guest services
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage operations and staff
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Availability for full-time, on-site work
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related area
- OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major with 2 years experience in guest services or front desk
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage teams and operations
- Experience with financial and budget management
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards
- Ability to coach and mentor staff effectively
Job Duties
- Responsible for all front office functions and staff
- Direct and work with managers and employees to execute front office operations including guest arrival and departure procedures
- Strive to improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize financial performance
- Utilize interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage team members
- Manage day-to-day operations, staffing levels, and departmental goals
- Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and disciplinary procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle guest concerns effectively
