Job Requirements

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum four years of hotel management experience
  • ability to stand for entire shift
  • ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • flexible availability to work a 24/7 schedule

Job Qualifications

  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum four years of hotel management experience
  • proven track record in guest services, conflict resolution, and service recovery
  • strong leadership and coaching skills

  • excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • ability to work in a 24/7 hotel operation
  • proficiency in managing financial transactions and reporting

Job Duties

  • Manage front desk guest service operations
  • assist in hiring, training, and managing performance of front office staff
  • communicate feedback and administer discipline
  • coordinate with accounting team on guest inquiries, rewards reimbursements, and account reconciliation
  • serve as primary contact for Hilton guest services and standards
  • schedule front office team members including bellman, doormen, concierge, and valet
  • lead hotel communication regarding arrival patterns and events impacting guest stays
