Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Medical receptionist or office experience preferred
  • Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Outlook Office Word and Excel
  • Must complete required e-learning courses within 90 days
  • Ability to handle day to day work challenges confidently
  • Willingness to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities
  • Ability to set high standards of performance and work efficiently
  • Commitment to deliver quality products and or services
  • Ability to stand and walk for extensive periods
  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 40 lbs
  • Corrected vision and hearing to normal range

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and support to front office staff including receptionists and phone operators
  • Train new and existing team members on front office workflows procedures and best practices
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency accuracy and adherence to clinic protocols
  • Serve as a resource for troubleshooting issues and resolving patient or staff concerns
  • Provide floating coverage across front office roles as needed to maintain seamless operations
  • Collaborate with the Front Office Supervisor to implement process improvements and support team development
  • Assist with scheduling coverage planning and performance feedback
  • Maintain a positive and professional environment that reflects the clinic’s values and commitment to patient care
  • Other duties as requested or assigned
