Job Duties
- Greet guests with genuine enthusiasm and provide seamless check-in and check-out experiences
- handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
- manage room assignments, reservations, and billing with accuracy and attention to detail
- collaborate closely with housekeeping, engineering, and food and beverage teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- deliver personalized recommendations on local dining, nightlife, events, and hidden gems throughout the Gaslamp Quarter
- maintain a polished, inviting lobby atmosphere that reflects the hotel’s brand and culture
- uphold safety, security, and confidentiality standards at all times
- support the overall guest journey by anticipating needs and going above and beyond whenever possible
