Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • Proficient in basic computer skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • Communicate hotel services and promotional offers effectively to guests
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests
  • Process forms of payment accurately and securely
  • Maintain a welcoming and hospitable front desk environment
  • Provide information and assistance to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
