Job Duties

  • Welcome and register guests, providing exceptional service throughout their stay
  • process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the hotel’s property management system
  • handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with professionalism and care
  • manage cash, credit, and room charge transactions accurately
  • coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • answer and route phone calls and messages courteously and promptly
  • maintain a working knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to assist guests effectively
  • uphold Hyatt’s high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest engagement at the Front Desk
