Job Duties
- Welcome and register guests, providing exceptional service throughout their stay
- process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the hotel’s property management system
- handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with professionalism and care
- manage cash, credit, and room charge transactions accurately
- coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- answer and route phone calls and messages courteously and promptly
- maintain a working knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to assist guests effectively
- uphold Hyatt’s high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest engagement at the Front Desk
