Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service preferred
  • Ability to work between 7:00am and 11:30pm any day including weekends and holidays
  • Professional and courteous demeanor
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Must support Hyatt's core values and guest care philosophy

Job Duties

  • Check guests in and out
  • Communicate hotel services to guests
  • Serve as the main point of contact for guests during their stay
  • Ensure a positive first and last impression for guests
  • Assist guests with inquiries and requests
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs
  • Maintain accurate guest records and handle administrative tasks
