Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • proficiency in using front desk software and basic computer applications
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • refined verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to stand for long periods of time
  • full availability including overnight, weekends, and holidays
  • prior experience in hotel front desk or clerk jobs preferred

Job Duties

  • greet and register guests upon arrival to the hotel
  • communicate information about hotel services and current promotions to guests
  • handle guest inquiries quickly and effectively
  • process various forms of payment efficiently and accurately
  • maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and local attractions to assist guests
  • engage in casual conversation to enhance guest experience
  • ensure accuracy of guest registration and billing information
