Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and work under pressure
- proficiency in using front desk software and basic computer applications
- ability to stand for extended periods
- flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

- prior experience in hotel front desk or clerk jobs preferred
Job Duties
- greet and register guests upon arrival to the hotel
- communicate information about hotel services and current promotions to guests
- handle guest inquiries quickly and effectively
- process various forms of payment efficiently and accurately
- maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and local attractions to assist guests
- engage in casual conversation to enhance guest experience
- ensure accuracy of guest registration and billing information
