Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- proficiency in basic computer applications
- ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
