- Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle cash and process payments
- Must be able to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Greet and register guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Communicate hotel services and promotions clearly to guests
- Process forms of payment accurately and securely
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times
- Assist in resolving guest concerns with tact and efficiency
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
