Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant luxury hospitality experience
  • experience in guest relations or front office role
  • polished and professional presentation
  • excellent communication skills
  • proven upselling ability
  • technical proficiency in property management systems and office software

  • capacity to handle stress and maintain composure
  • availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years in front office, concierge, or guest relations role within a Forbes-rated luxury hotel or equivalent high-end environment
  • impeccable demeanor and presentation aligned with five-star standards
  • clear and articulate communication skills
  • skilled in upselling room upgrades and personalized enhancements
  • proficiency with property management systems such as Opera, Reserve, and Colleague Advantage
  • familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems
  • strong service intuition and ability to anticipate guest needs
  • ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • flexible schedule including availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays
