Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant luxury hospitality experience
- experience in guest relations or front office role
- polished and professional presentation
- excellent communication skills
- proven upselling ability
- technical proficiency in property management systems and office software

- capacity to handle stress and maintain composure
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in front office, concierge, or guest relations role within a Forbes-rated luxury hotel or equivalent high-end environment
- impeccable demeanor and presentation aligned with five-star standards
- clear and articulate communication skills
- skilled in upselling room upgrades and personalized enhancements
- proficiency with property management systems such as Opera, Reserve, and Colleague Advantage
- familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems
- strong service intuition and ability to anticipate guest needs
- ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- flexible schedule including availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays
