Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Impeccable demeanor and presence aligned with five-star standards

  • Comfortable and strategic in offering room upgrades and personalized enhancements
  • Familiarity with property management systems such as Opera, Reserve, and Colleague Advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond with empathy and elegance
  • Graceful and composed under pressure
  • Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
